1. Who is responsible for your information?
Mark Gossage is responsible for personal information collected directly through markgossage.com, contact forms, email subscriptions and bonus-claim processes that I control. Privacy enquiries may be sent to mark@markgossage.com.
2. Information I may collect
- Your name, email address and message when you contact me.
- Information submitted through a bonus-claim form, including purchase email, product name and transaction identifier.
- Email subscription information and records of consent, opens, clicks, preferences and unsubscribe requests.
- Technical information such as IP address, browser, device, approximate location, referral source and website activity where this information is made available by hosting, security or analytics services.
- Correspondence and support records.
3. Why I use personal information
- To respond to enquiries and provide support.
- To verify qualifying purchases and deliver bonuses.
- To send requested emails and, where permitted, marketing communications.
- To operate, protect, troubleshoot and improve websites and review pages.
- To prevent false claims, misuse and fraud.
- To maintain records and meet legal obligations.
4. Lawful bases
Depending on the activity, processing may be based on consent, performance of a contract or requested service, compliance with a legal obligation, or legitimate interests such as operating the website, responding to enquiries, verifying bonus eligibility and preventing misuse.
5. Commission Gorilla-hosted review and bonus pages
Some one-page review and bonus pages are created and hosted using Commission Gorilla, a third-party landing-page platform. Commission Gorilla may use cookies, analytics, server logs or similar technologies when a visitor accesses a hosted page. Those platform-level technologies may be controlled partly or entirely by Commission Gorilla rather than directly by Mark Gossage.
Please review any cookie or privacy information displayed by the hosted platform. Commission Gorilla states that it uses cookies for preferences, traffic analysis and advertising monitoring. If I add a form, analytics service, advertising pixel or other tracking feature that I control, that processing may create additional responsibilities for me.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
markgossage.com and third-party hosted pages may use necessary cookies for operation, security and preferences. Optional analytics or advertising technologies may also be used by a platform or service provider.
A privacy policy by itself does not provide cookie consent. Where consent is legally required, optional cookies must not be used before you have made the appropriate consent choice. A platform’s technical limitations do not remove applicable legal responsibilities. I do not claim direct control over every platform-level cookie used by Commission Gorilla.
Cookie Declaration
The declaration below is updated automatically by Cookiebot. It lists cookies and similar technologies detected on this website and allows you to review, change or withdraw your consent.
7. Affiliate tracking
Affiliate links may use tracking parameters or cookies controlled by the seller or affiliate network to attribute a visit or purchase. Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy and cookie policies.
8. Service providers and sharing
Limited information may be processed by providers used for website hosting, landing-page hosting, email delivery, forms, security, analytics, affiliate tracking, purchase verification or technical support. Information may also be disclosed where legally required or necessary to protect users, rights or services. I do not sell personal information to advertisers.
GetResponse email forms and delivery
I use GetResponse to process form submissions, maintain email subscription and consent records, deliver requested guides and send related educational or marketing emails where permitted. Information submitted through a GetResponse-connected form may include your name, email address, consent status, subscription preferences and information about interactions with emails, such as opens, clicks and unsubscribe requests. GetResponse processes this information on my behalf as an email marketing and form service provider. You can unsubscribe at any time by using the link included in an email or by contacting me.
Google advertising and website measurement
I may use Google Ads, Google Analytics and related Google measurement services to understand website use, measure advertising performance and improve campaigns. Depending on the service and your consent choices, Google may process information such as cookie or device identifiers, IP address, browser and device details, pages visited, referral information and advertising interactions. Where consent is legally required, non-essential Google advertising and measurement technologies will not be activated until the appropriate choice has been made through the website's consent controls. Consent may later be changed or withdrawn through those controls.
9. International processing
Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where I control the selection of a provider, I will take reasonable steps to use a lawful transfer mechanism or other appropriate safeguard where required. You can contact me for information about the safeguards relevant to your data.
10. Retention
I keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected. Enquiries and support records may be retained while relevant and for a reasonable period afterwards. Bonus-verification records may be retained to prevent duplicate or fraudulent claims and to demonstrate delivery. Email subscription records are retained until unsubscribe, with limited suppression records retained where necessary to honour the request.
11. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the use of personal information, and to receive certain information in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, consent may be withdrawn.
12. Marketing choices and your right to object
You have the right to object at any time to the use of your personal information for direct marketing, including related profiling. Email me or use an unsubscribe link to exercise this right.
You can unsubscribe through the link included in marketing emails or by contacting mark@markgossage.com. Necessary service or transaction messages may still be sent where appropriate.
13. Security
Reasonable measures are used to protect information. No internet transmission, website or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
14. Children
My review and bonus pages are intended for adults and are not directed at children under 18.
15. Third-party websites
Review pages contain links to third-party websites, sellers, checkout services and platforms. Their content and privacy practices are controlled by them, not by Mark Gossage.
16. Complaints
You can contact mark@markgossage.com so I can try to resolve your concern. You can also complain directly to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO); you do not have to contact me first.
17. Changes
This policy may be updated when services, platforms or legal requirements change. The latest revision date appears at the bottom of the page.
