4. Independent bonus eligibility
Where I offer bonuses, eligibility normally requires a qualifying purchase through the designated affiliate link on the relevant page. I may request reasonable proof such as the purchase email, product name or transaction ID. Unless the offer states otherwise, bonus claims should be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
False or duplicate claims may be refused. Subject to applicable law and the relevant offer terms, refunded, cancelled or reversed purchases may no longer qualify. If tracking appears to have failed, contact me with reasonable proof of purchase so I can review the claim.
5. Bonus licence
Unless a bonus contains a different written licence, the purchaser may use and adapt it for personal or internal business purposes and, where stated, for individual client work. The original or lightly edited material may not be resold, redistributed, shared publicly, uploaded to shared libraries or presented as a competing product.

I take reasonable care when preparing content, but do not guarantee that every statement will remain complete, current or error-free. Websites, downloads, hosted pages and third-party services may be changed, interrupted or withdrawn.

13. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when the website, services or legal requirements change. Revised website-use terms apply prospectively from the stated date. Updates do not retrospectively remove rights or change the agreed terms of an existing purchase or bonus offer.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply. Nothing here prevents a consumer from using the courts or protections available to them under applicable law.
